The average delivery time is 8-12 days, however we always try to get it delivered as soon as possible so it can be sooner.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@6ixmerchandise.ca. If your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
How to Return a 6ix Merchandise Piece
- Check the return window: 14 days from delivery. The piece must be unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
- Email info@6ixmerchandise.ca: Include your order number, the piece you want to return, and the reason. We respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
- Ship the piece back: Use the return instructions we send. Pack in original packaging if possible. Items shipped without a return authorization will not be accepted.
- Wait for refund: Once we receive and inspect the piece, refund is processed to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to post it.
