Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all orders, worldwide. Your order is delivered within 7–15 business days, after 1–3 business days of processing.

Shipping options

Both options are available on every order, to every country we ship to. Prices shown in another currency are converted at checkout.

Processing

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian public holidays. An order placed on a Friday evening starts processing the following Monday.

Key details

• Delivery timelines may vary due to customs or unforeseen delays.
• Ensure the shipping address is accurate; we are not responsible for incorrect addresses or items lost as a result.
• Larger orders may arrive in more than one parcel, sometimes a few days apart.
• Import duties and taxes, where a destination country charges them, are the recipient’s responsibility.

Tracking your order

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the order is placed, and a second email with tracking once the parcel leaves. You can also look it up any time on the order tracking page.

If the tracking has not moved for more than five business days, or the estimated window has passed, email [email protected] with your order number and we will chase it.
