Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of 6ixmerchandise.ca and every order you place through it. Placing an order means you accept them.
1. Who you are dealing with
6ixmerchandise, 87 Thirty Eighth Street, Etobicoke, Toronto, ON M8W 3M2, Canada. Email info@6ixmerchandise.ca, phone (437) 676-0292. “We” and “us” mean 6ixmerchandise; “you” means the person using the site.
2. Using the site
You may browse and buy for your own use. You may not scrape the catalogue, resell access, interfere with the site’s operation, attempt to gain access to any part of it you are not entitled to, or use it for anything unlawful. You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have a parent or guardian’s permission.
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site, and discontinue any product, at any time.
3. Products, images and availability
We describe and photograph every product as accurately as we can. Screens render colour differently, so a shade may not be exactly what you see. Measurements on the product page are the reliable guide to fit.
All products are subject to availability. If an item you ordered cannot be supplied, we will contact you and refund it in full.
4. Designs and intellectual property
Our designs are original fan-tribute artwork created by and for 6ixmerchandise. They are not licensed or endorsed by, and carry no claim of affiliation with, any artist, athlete, team, brand or rights-holder referenced or evoked by a design. Names used in product titles are descriptive, to say what a design is about.
The site, its text, photographs, layout and code are ours or our licensors’. You may not copy, reproduce or make derivative works from them without written permission.
If you believe a design infringes a right you hold, email info@6ixmerchandise.ca with the design, the right and your contact details. We review every notice and remove designs where a claim is made out.
5. Prices, currency and tax
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars by default. The currency switcher and the country you appear to be browsing from can display prices in USD, GBP, AUD, NZD or EUR; those figures are converted from the Canadian price and are the amount you pay in that currency.
Canadian orders have GST, HST, PST, RST or QST added at checkout according to the province the order ships to. Prices displayed for other countries are the final amount for the goods. Import duties or taxes charged by a destination country are the recipient’s responsibility.
We correct pricing errors. If a product was listed at an obviously wrong price, we will contact you before charging you and you may cancel.
6. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. The confirmation email acknowledges that we received it; the contract is formed when we dispatch the goods. We may decline an order — for example where an item is out of stock, where the billing details cannot be verified, or where we suspect fraud or resale.
7. Discounts and promotions
Unless a promotion says otherwise:
- An automatic discount applies on its own, with no code, when the cart meets its conditions.
- One discount code can be used per order, in addition to any automatic discount.
- Buy-X-get-Y offers discount the cheapest qualifying item or items in the cart.
- Discounts apply to products, not to shipping, taxes or gift cards.
- We may end or change a promotion at any time. A promotion already applied to a placed order is honoured.
- Discount codes have no cash value and may not be resold.
8. Payment
We accept payment by card (including Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link) through Stripe, by PayPal, and by instalments through Afterpay or Sezzle where offered. Payment is taken when the order is placed. Card details are handled entirely by the payment provider; we never see or store a full card number. Buy-now-pay-later arrangements are contracts between you and that provider, on their terms.
9. Shipping
Shipping is free worldwide. An optional Advanced Tracked Shipping upgrade costs CA$5.99. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and delivered within 7–15 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees: customs and carrier delays happen. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Full detail is in the shipping policy.
10. Returns and refunds
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return, and items shipped into the European Union carry the statutory 14-day cooling-off right. The conditions, the process and the refund timeline are set out in the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
11. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has used it. We may suspend an account that is used to breach these terms.
12. Reviews and anything else you post
Reviews and photographs you submit must be your own and must be honest. By posting them you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display and use them to promote the store, with attribution to the name you post under. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, or not about the product.
13. Third-party services
The site links to and embeds services we do not control — payment providers, carriers, review and social platforms. Their terms and privacy policies govern your use of them.
14. Warranties and liability
We supply goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, the site is provided “as is”; we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data.

16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published when you place an order is the version that governs it. The date at the top tells you when we last changed them.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of Ontario have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your own country.
18. General
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the shipping and refund policies, are the whole agreement between us about your use of the site.
